Yes. I always assumed him to be a caring man, but I never approached other villains in Gotham. They are no enemies of mine though. I am curious. So I thought to seek out this “Harvey” fellow. He is very interesting. I do not understand why he is a bane to the city. He is a normal man. -sighs- People are judgmental in this city, eh?
